Keeping customer data secure is something we take seriously at AppFox. And we’re pleased to share another important milestone in that commitment.
In December 2025, our parent company, Automation Consultants, achieved SOC 2 compliance, covering both its consultancy operations and the AppFox product brand.
This achievement provides independent assurance of the security practices and controls we have in place to protect customer information.
What does SOC 2 mean for our customers?
SOC 2 is an independent auditing framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It evaluates how organizations manage and protect information against established criteria, including security, availability, and confidentiality.
For AppFox customers, this means additional reassurance that the company behind their apps takes information security seriously.
It also provides valuable evidence for organizations with strict security and procurement requirements, helping their IT, compliance, and security teams assess suppliers with greater confidence.
Continuing our commitment to security
SOC 2 builds on our existing ISO 27001 certification and wider investment in information security, governance, and risk management.
As more organizations rely on AppFox apps to manage important business processes and sensitive information, maintaining strong security practices remains a priority for our team.
